Eight WorldTeam-licensed teams took part in this year's Czech Tour, including UAE Team Emirates, Bahrain Victorious and Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe. Among the stars who lined up for the start were the late overall Czech Tour winner Marc Hirschi and two-time world champion Julian Alaphilippe.
